   Overview
--------

A page feedback form is a webform that lets users share opinions, comments, or suggestions about a specific page. It helps you gather insights to improve content quality and refine the user experience.

District includes a built-in template, **Template - Page feedback**, that you can edit to suit your needs. Configuring this template updates the feedback form across all pages it's applied to.

Edit the page feedback template
-------------------------------

1. In the menu, click the **Structure** icon.
2. Select **Webforms** from the dropdown.
3. Find **Template - Page feedback** in the list and click **Build**.
4. Edit the form as needed — add new fields, modify existing ones, or remove fields.
5. Click **Save elements** when you're done.
